Finding vegan protein sources isn’t necessarily the headache the internet would have you believe – but we admit, some can be hard to find or take ages to prepare.
Luckily, our friends at Pulsin are protein experts + we’re delighted to discover their vegan Pea Protein is the perfect addition to your next bowl of soup.

Beetroot + Curly Kale Soup with Pulsin’s Pea Protein Power
If you’re heating up on a hob, decant our Beetroot + Curly Kale Soup into a saucepan + heat gently. Add 10g (1 heaped dessertspoon) of Pulsin’s Pea Protein Powder + stir, making sure all of the powder is blended, then enjoy.
Or if using a microwave, remove lid, placing lightly on top of the pot. Heat for 4 – 5 mins until hot. Carefully decant a small amount of soup (1 to 2 spoons) into a bowl + add 10g of Pea Protein Powder to create a smooth paste. Then add the rest of the soup, stir well + enjoy.
