Our Golden Year

This year, we’ve had to make space in our office for not one but three new awards. Our Brown Rice Miso and Red Lentil, Apricot + Chilli Soup have both been picking up accolades, so it’s time we shared some more info on these little pots of gold (and silver).
Tideford’s miso is fresh, unpasteurised, and sourced from the Nagano region at the base of the Central Alps in Japan. This area is renowned for its pure soils and clear waters - and makes some of the best miso in the world. Our Brown Rice Miso picked up two Gold awards this year, one from Taste of the West, and one in the Food & Drink Devon Awards.
Our Red Lentil, Apricot + Chilli Soup is always a firm favourite as temperatures drop and the nights start drawing in. A warming, lightly spiced recipe with hints of Morocco in the combination of tangy apricots + crushed chillis, we were delighted Food & Drink Devon thought it worth of a Silver this year.
