Naturally full of flavour and perfect for crafty cooks, our organic range of fresh unpasteurised misos will add a new dimension to your cooking. Our misos are made in the Nagano region at the base of Central Alps in Japan – an area known for producing some of the highest quality misos in the world.
At Tideford we love tucking into a hearty plate of roasted veggies, or a dollop of delicious mashed potato, so we’ve created the UK’s first organic vegan gravy. The perfect accompaniment to any autumnal dish (plus of course a Christmas feast), this savoury stock has an umami hit of our fresh organic Red Miso.
