Here at Tideford we know that nobody likes being left out, that’s why everything we make is free from meat, dairy, nuts and gluten – so whatever you’re after, no one’s excluded. However, for anyone following a Low FODMAP diet we know that may not be enough. That’s why we developed the UK’s first fresh organic, vegan and gluten-free FODMAP-friendly soup. Packed with vitamin C our Tomato + Basil Soup with Red Peppers + Miso is a delicious combination of Italian tomatoes and red peppers with a dash of indulgent coconut cream.
Now, fast forward to two years later, we’re pleased to announce that we have added to our FODMAP-friendly range. Introducing our second Low FODMAP product – Carrot, Cumin + Beetroot Soup. Vibrant and full of flavour this recipe blends sweet carrots and earthy beetroot with warming cumin and a touch of quinoa. Great as a quick and convenient workday lunch and perfect for these colder winter nights. Like the rest of our range it’s organic, vegan and gluten-free with no added sugar, making it a great soup for everyone – regardless of diet.
